The Saturday evening outdoor dinner concert will be a benefit for the Ukes for Kids of S.F. Bay Area.  Ukes for Kids of SF Bay Area mission is to perpetuate the ‘Ukulele and the music, culture and community bonds that come from it by seeding the next generation of ‘Ukulele fanatics.

The Benefit Concert is being held in conjunction with the workshop and retreat.  Attendee's family and friends are invited to join us for a evening of incredible food, music, dance and Aloha!

The concert will feature
Kimo Hussey, Kalae Miles , Daniel Ho, Izi Holokahi, a special presentation by the workshop attendees and our special guest Faith Ako. If you can't join us for the workshops be sure to join us for a great dinner and concert at an incredible setting in the wine country.

Faith Ako: Sonoma County’s own local girl, Faith Thompson Ako, is known throughout the greater Bay Area, West coast and her native Oahu for her lovely renditions of both traditional and contemporary Hawaiian music. Faith is a multiple Hawaii Music Award winner and has been nominated for a Nā Hākū Hanohano award. Read more about Faith @ www.faithako.com

Daniel Ho: His versatility and dedication to all aspects of music including 'ukulele, slack key guitar, piano, composition, film scoring and as an independent record company owner has earned him six consecutive GRAMMY Awards and the first 'ukulele album in music history to receive a GRAMMY nomination.  Read more about Daniel @ http://www.danielho.com/html/bio.html.

Kalae Miles: The multi-talented Kalae Miles has been on a life long journey to connect with his native culture and then perpetuate it by sharing with pure genuine Aloha. Recording artist, life long student and educator, Kalae will share his Aloha and stylings that are a result of his tutelage by greats such as Richard Ho’opi’i  and Kahauanu Lake. Izi Holokahi: Izi has been spreading his aloha throughout the Bay Area by sharing his wide array of 'Ukulele styles and island music.
